Property Management plans vary, as they are customized to fit each owner’s unique needs. Our property management rates are typically between 8-10% of the monthly rent. Discount rate are available to owners with multiple properties.

Collected rent is deposited directly into the owners checking or savings account each month. In the event a tenant fails to pay rent, we will file the necessary paperwork for an eviction, record a legal judgment and initiate the collections process. The cost for doing this is included in the Property Management Plan.
